InogenReviews of inogen.com

Appreciate having it to use away from house. Lately using cross body strap easier usage. Still heavier than expected. Use larger battery as tried the smaller, but ran out before getting home ( forgotten the car charger, now keep in glove box). Live and learn. Thanks

Have used for a month or so and it definitely does what I need with AFIB and congestive heart failure. Needed for trip to see son in Pecos New Mexico and 7,400 feet up on the side of mountain. Had trouble catching my breath and the oxygen delivered by the Inogen 4 was exactly what I needed. Would recommend to anyone who has breathing problems.

It's ok, definitely adds to mobility. Not thrilled with it. Remote APP is very disappointing as it serves no purpose. THAT was seriously one of my prime reasons for buying the G5. Carry bag leaves a lot to be desired, especially to a man that has no experience with purses. Swings around, falls off shoulders, in the way if trying to do about anything. Get the backpack or an equal without the "Free" Inogen advertising imprinted on it.

The inogen is ay louder than I expected it to be. Almost loud enough to be annoying.

Horrible customer service. I wanted to know if I could make a purchase using a foreign prescription. They first asked for all my personal data. Then they transfered me to an oxygen specialist. Who didn't want to answer my question until I told her that I'll go ahead with my order. Only then would she tell me that that wasn't go to work. That way I finaly got my answer. 20 minutes later. A simple yes or no question that at no moment involves patient data. Conclusion : these peopledon't even listen or unterstand your question. There actually is no customer service. Only algorithms. So if you want to be treated like a number go ahead. Otherwise steer clear.

I have been very satisfied with both the product and the service. The G5 gives me the independence to garden, walk the dog, even vacuum without dragging a 50’ cord or tank around. There was a problem with my first concentrator and it was immediately replaced. My only complaint is that the batteries do not last as long as the chart indicates.

I bought this machine not understanding that I needed continuous oxygen and not burst. Inogen does not make a machine that I need. I returned the machine 3 weeks ago and they just charged my credit card for another month. Customer Service is non-existent. You call and are on hold for a half hour or more.
