Simple to use.

does the job with no fuss. But... hoses should be a bit stiffer/sturdier so they won't kink at nozzle if allowed to bend.

Can't get battery to charge and it feels hot to the touch. Doesn't work. Should get no stars.

My Inogen has been wonderful for me. Using it in the car is very easy and practical. It is a lot lighter than the bottles of oxygen I use now for backup. Still learning about the machine. I guess the battery life depends on the level of used. So keep in mind if you use 3 or 4, the battery probably won't last the full time.

I like it tells you how much time you have left on battery

The machine itself is quite good, however, the carry-case could definitely be improved. There is no place to "store" excess canula cord and clear cord keeps getting kinks in it which I have to struggle to smooth out and is so long I almost trip on it or it gets caught in say the shopping cart etc.. I am a small person and I wish your engineers would work on making the carrying case more adaptable and adjustable.

Inogen One G5 is exactly as represented- an excellent product, good battery life, quiet, lightweight and unobtrusive.
