Company refuses to work with insurance or local oxygen supply house on a unit. Wants a person to commit to paying full price for a unit. Useless company as far as I’m concerned.

I have tried another portable oxygen concentrator and Inogen is a far better product. I particularly like the option of turning the beeper off if I am breathing slowly, as when I'm at rest. It is also a more convenient size and lighter weight.

Batteries don't last very long. Have to take cord with me whenever I go. I like the light weight

Unit is much heavier than I thought it would be. Also, more loud than I anticipated. The battery that was to last 13 hours lasts only 6. I am at a “3”, so I guess that accounts for some of this. But for the price, it is still disappointing.

I just discovered the omission of my owners manual, I need to know what the alerts mean so please send one as soon as possible. Also I don't like the fact that the unit won't stand up by itself. It is nice and quiet and runs well.
