We are very satisfied with the Inogen O2 unit. One complaint is the carrier netting is too small for the snap to engage. would be glad to hear your suggestion on this problem.

I got my Gene4 from medical supply company. I bought it used so the warranty was limited to 90 days. I also bought a bigger one for the house also used slightly. I had to have it repaired. My Gene4. was working good at the time then after a year it started acting up. So thing I seen you ad and gave one of your specialist a call. His name was Jeff Kemper he was very pleasent to work with and seemed to be very knowledgeable about this product. I order another Gene4 liking the performance with the last one thinking it would last longer but it failed within a month . I bought it in April and it started going out towards the end of May. I reached to Jeff to vent my frustration and was a little to aggressive which I apologize for being so aggressive . He called me up and told they were shipping another machine. I mentioned to Jeff that maybe I should have gone with the next size up. That he had recommended before. So I think it is coming today. To cut this short haha I have been really pleased with the customer service. I will hopefully be as happy with the product. I going on vac. starting Sunday.

easy to use batteries long lasting only negative comment is where the air tubing comes from the machine it has a tendency to bend . is there anything we can do to prevent this from happening

I am extremely pleased with my Inogen unit.....There are however a few Glitches to note....The large battery never indicates when it is totally filled, Just makes the red charger light flash. The unit with with battery is heavier than I expected, especially from all the add picyures...

I find it a little erratic sometimes hard to start easily, last night it wouldn’t start on the battery until I added the electric input, sometimes it makes more sounds some irritating like knocking sounds from the machine on the left and a breath sound on the right side It also said low oxygen in the window one time I’m beginning to feel a little nervous that it’s not properly working I thought it would be running more easily On the whole I do get a better night sleep and feel well I think once I’m more confident it will be fine Thank you

I received my Inogen 5 machine with no problems but I find it very heavy and the Inogen 5 backpack doesn't fit me well as I am very short. I am now at a level 6 with my oxygen so my small battery only lasts about an hour and my big battery about two. It will be fine on the airplane from Vancouver to Calgary but hesitant to go further. On road trips I will be able to take my other oxygen with me. I am happy I bought it but the weight and oxygen use are both limiting to me.

I recieved my Inogen within a few days.The sales representative was very courteous and efficient. Quick delivery. It was easy to set up and statr using. The batteries already had a pretty good charge. I really like the convenience of my Inogen 4. Light weight,nice carry bag and it tells me eactly how much time is left on my battery. I have COPD,so my Inogen is not only a lifesaver,but a way to freedom w/o tanks and being confined to a home unit. Thanks for a great product.
