I used Inogen after a bout with covid/pneumonia put me in the hospital 41 days. Getting out I still needed oxygen while relearning to walk and use my arms and hands. I was able to go outside and to places I needed to. I RECOMMEND THIS.

I purchased an Inogen One G5 on and a half years ago, it served me quite well during this period, we (my wife is the user) use it as a stand by and travel outside the home. On Feb 16 we were to meet a friend for lunch and after getting into the car the machine cut of and gave a code that told us to contact customer care, It would shut down every 5 to 6 min of operation. We returned home at 1:30 and I called customer care and was directed to Agent "Mary". She was very very kind and direct , within minutes she had determined to replace the machine and placed the order telling me that it would be deliver the 17lth before 7PM, it got to my home at 11:AM and the transaction was exactly as she stated. YOU can not ask or expect for better service, she was kind, direct and honest, not only that the replacement was in perfect condition and what more could you ask. Congratulations on be an American Company that stands for what it says. I would recommend this Company without any reservation

Good Morning, I like the inogen very much. When I wanted to use it I saw that the battery was very low and I did have it pluged in. The other day I wanted to use it and still the battrey was very low. I don't know why the battery will not charge, so I'm hoping that you can help me in some way. Thank You Jean Steinberg

It has been Great experience! The divise is light weight and easy to charge. I’m concerned of the fabric cover that moves around and covers the ventilation windows. Also, I requested a 4 hr. Battery but, was sent a smaller one. In general easy to operate and carry.

If I could keep my mask from leaking with the oxygen on I would have probably given a 5 star. It certainly is lighter and far more quiet than a concentrator I tried before. My only complaint is you say Medicare may cover yet you did not submit. I have tried to submit items before and never got anywhere. So if it is covered you should give at the very least the info required.

I made the purchase. to use if needed at higher elevations. I didn't need it. I will have it for next time. It was easy to assemble and operate when tested.
