I have no complaints. I'm very happy with my Inogen One G5 Concentrator. The Inogen representative was very helpful from start to finish. I'm really enjoying the freedom to get out and about again. Thanks Inogen!

I went from a giant home concentrator to heavy refillable tanks and then to Inogen. This machine is a miracle. Easy to operate. Lightweight. Unobtrusive. Just took a trip and put it in my carry-on. NO problem. I do not need it all the time but just knowing it is there takes a load off mind. My only issue, and it’s a very small one, is that the battery in the G4 does not last 4 hours. More Iike 3.5. Expensive, but worth every penny.

Nick, our rep, was great. He had to call the Dr office several times to get the prescription for concentrator. My husband really likes his G4. Nick assisted us with friendly, knowledgeable service.

We have purchased two Inogen concentrators for family members. They make travel convenient. They are quiet and easy to use. It was very easy to purchase and the representatives answered all of our questions.

Our Inogen is a life saver for my husband. Gave him his freedom back.

After getting sick, (non-Covid related) I needed supplemental oxygen. The concentrators provided for home use did not allow for mobility outside of the home. The portable (???) unit they could supply me with was on wheels and only had a battery life of ~1 1/2 hrs. Not good if you want to play golf or work in the yard. Even going to the Doctors office would cause problems. On checking availability of a truly portable unit, I settled on the Inogen. It has been working as expected and we just finished a 10-day trip to visit our children along with their children. The battery pack needs to last longer (presently I get about 6-6 1/2 hrs. per charge at level 2).

The lighter weight of the Inogen One G4 has been more manageable for me to carry than previous portables. The double battery on setting 2 doesn’t last anything close to 4 1/2 hours. The battery percent at shutdown is lower when I turn the unit on again. I don’t understand why the percentage goes down when the unit isn’t even on. The carrying case is designed poorly. It doesn’t allow charging if the case is on properly. I had to put it on backwards to make the charging port accessible. I find this annoying because the readout is upside down. The strap doesn’t stay on my shoulder and keeps slipping off. I carry it by the small handle. I really enjoy this unit overall. It has made my life better. Thank you, Sheila Rothman

We got the inogen, he used it only 6 times. It worked fine. Unfortunately, he passed away after his 6th chemo treatment.
