I finally got my freedom back. Now I can spend more time with family and friends.

Purchased the G5 for my wife and it works very well and does exactly what we expected. Would highly recommend it to anyone that is in need of oxygen therapy. There are two minor issues that Inogen should address: (1) the carry case has some padding on the bottom and won't sit flat on the floor, you need to lean it against something so it won't tip over. (2) The supply tubing has a tendency to kink where it attaches to the machine, this was solved by tying a loose (two inch diameter) knot in the tube at the attachment point, this should be part of the instructions. All in all it's a great product and the folks we dealt with to place the order and set up the machine were friendly and helpful.

I love the G-5 and the home fixed location unit. A real Game changer.

The Inogen is much heavier than I expected, The salesman told me it would be light. It is also hard for me to keep on my shoulder since I only weigh 96 pounds.

fast delivery. Very easy to hook up and get running. Able to run on battery or 12 volt system in car or 120 volt in house. Very quite. Easy to carry from house to car etc. 100 % satisified with purchase.

I had covid and the portable unit from Inogenn was a great help in breathing and maintaining energy. Portable and convenient. Well constructed with excellent tech help. Easy to use and I am blind .

I was hesitant to get a portable concentrator because of the cost. However, after several months of dealing with the insurance company and the restrictions on receiving oxygen tanks it became clear to me that a portable unit was becoming a necessity. I did a lot of research then finally called Inogen. From the first call my agent, Les, made it very simple. He answered every question and helped to relieve the anxiety I had about making such a big purchase. The ordering and delivery went great. Les called me after delivery to walk me through my new unit, which is very easy to use. I appreciate that the same person is my point of contact as long as I have the unit. This has changed my life and I love it. I have spontaneity back. Getting used to being on oxygen has been difficult but I can honestly say that having the Inogen G5 has helped with the transition.
