I saw a info commercial on tv one night right after my wife had spent 14 days in the hospital with COVID-19. The hospital released her on. 5 leaders of o2 The hospital hooked me up on a company that supply bottles of o2 and a 02 concentrator. The bottle at a rate of 4-5 Lt a min. Is good for about 3 hrs. That would be 1 dr appointment. They delivered to the house 2 times a week. What a pain that was, not counting me worried about running out of 02. then what. I made a call to Inogen and they helped me through the process. First script from the dr. Then the order, delivery, etc. the ladies l spoke with were wonderful. Very informative and even have made call backs to make sure everything was good. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thanks Inogen. PS. My wife was and is able to get out shopping for Christmas and dr appointment without worrying about running out of 02. She is now down to 3-4 Lt a minute. P T Lord.

I now have the freedom to travel to visit family and not have to worry about low blood oxygen. So light weight that it weighs less than my purse. I purchased the G4 which meets my needs now, but wish I would have purchased the G5 for the higher oxygen levels settings for future needs.

The Inogen unit is so small and portable that it makes it easier to run errands, get in and out of the car. It made things so much better than the oxygen cannisters.

Excellent product and very light weight. My wife uses Oxygen for sleeping and now with the small Inogen she can take walks and carry her own oxygen supply. Also excellent experience purchasing the product.

Thoroughly enjoy the machine much quieter and really enjoyed Chris ketterer in customer service. The only complaint I have is how long it took to receive machine.
