I'm very pleased with my Inogen. It's very portable, the batteries last quite a while and are easily rechargeable, and it provides sufficient oxygen for my needs. I'm also very pleased to find that my insurance may reimburse me for the cost of the machine. I also want to compliment Emily, the saleslady, for her support. Incidentally, the instructions for the Imogen's care are quite clear, which is not the case with many modern implements such as smart phones. My Imogen has made it possible for me to resume my normal activities which the RSV virus, compounded by existing COPD, had severely limited. I am very grateful that this machine exists!

unit finally arrived after two weeks,shipper returned to sender for unknown reason. box one arrived first and no info about second box. found two days later laying in middle of lawn in back yard. unit is now charged and working stand alone battery charger needed

Inogen products are reliable and trusted. Their Rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining their product. He followed through from ordering my device, checked on the status and walked me through the setup.

Unit is heavier than I thought it would be. The weight should be clearly stated in literature. The carry case has a strap that slips off shoulder and is virtually useless. The strap should be longer to allow for it to cross body to opposite side of unit. The case should come with shoulder straps to wear over shoulders. The extra backpack available for purchase looks too big and bulky. The battery lasting time should be stated clearly in the literature for all levels of oxygen use. The unit itself works as advertised.

Makes loud ticking noise and keeps turning off. But happy to be able to breathe easy

Ian, the Inogen rep was extremely helpful and patient working with us and our pulmonologis to obtain the correct concentrator for now and in the future. We had a great experience and would highly recommend INOGEN.
