There are portable oxygen concentrators, which if you have the arms of an ape, come in handy. Nothing in the world, to my knowledge, beats the convenience and portability of an Inogen. I have a G25, and it made all the difference to my every day need to get around for business and pleasure. There are no trolleys to push or pull. The unit itself is small and lightweight. It provides oxygen and freedom.

have used inogen4 now for 2 months used thicker cannula not the end doesn't kink at stem end .but the battery still does not last longer than 3.5 hours on a 2 setting of oxygen every thing else excellent.

I WAS enjoying my Inogen One G3 S/N 20523896 untill it broke 9 months from purchase. Getting nothing but the run around from Inogen to the provider who sold it to me to the company that shipped it to me. One month and still no answers on who to even turn it in to from anyone. Still waiting for answers. I can't help but feel I just got took for $2200.00.

I have enjoyed using my Inogen, it is so much more convenient than lugging around tanks (even the small ones)

I like that I'm not tied down to one place. Just because I can't breathe good but I can get out of my home. I really enjoy not carrying around oxygen tanks. This is the best way to live when you can breathe.

Pitiful customer service.Display went out. The replacement unit shipped to wrong address after specific instructions ref. address to be shipped to. UNABLE to contact my representative after multiple calls, now, this morning, receive a $1,000 invoice for replacement of my unit under three year warranty. The display went out after owning the unit less than 2 months. Need an immediate call from someone in management!!
