The process was quick and easy. There was some confusion on my insurance which I took care of but all in all it was much better than previous experiences with competitors. The equipment , so far, has operated perfectly.

the Inogen System Replaced the Tanks I was using that were cumbersome and didn't last long. the Inogen unit allows me 4 hrs. of remote time to do what I want while it can be charged in the car and unplugged to be able to move around freely, extending the 4 hr. battery time. One of the carrying pack anchor point ripped and had to jury rig to use the carrier. However, Inogen sent a replacement out right away. You should look at the way it is sewn to the case pretty flimsy.

Starting with the Inogen sales person to ordering/ receiving our 2 orders, everything went smoothly. The portable and in home concentrators work really well. My husband is really happy with both. The Inogen backpack is perfect too!
