InogenReviews of inogen.com

It's easier to get around , travel is great no tanks to load and unload.

Attention to detail answering every question I had and making it easy for me to select the right equipment for me. The sales associate Jen was so professional and was very attentive to be sure I purchased just what I needed

My experience was excellent! I went on holiday to the Biltmore estate this week and i carried my inogen in my backpack. I walked thru every floor and they let me thru security with no issues. I am so pleased with my purchase

The sales rep was responsive and made great recommendations. I am a leukemia survivor with GVHD of the lungs which has significantly limited my mobility. Imogen has freed up my life.

Quick response, fast delivery

Excellent, once I realized I should not have packed the brand new unit (G4) in a suitcase for a cross-country flight with the battery pack attached. Message was "System Hot". Got it unpacked in time; after cooldown all's fine.

Batteries lose charge immediately overnight. While driving in my air conditioned car my unit started blasting a loud alarm that made me pull over to see what the problem was. All it said was HOT! Being alone I had to shut the unit off. I was driving quite far from home and waited a good 15 minutes before turning it back on. Not feeling safe at all. Same thing occurred the next day. I guess this machine doesn't like hot weather. Before anyone purchases this device be aware that it is much heavier than demonstrated. Weight is increased greatly due to the much needed battery attached to the unit. So I can forget walking a dog, playing golf or whatever those commercials display. This machine is UNRELIABLY BAD. Shop elsewhere. Wish I did and I am NOT a SENIOR just feeling TAKEN by this Company. On hold for 10 minutes for customer service - only for them denying that this piece of expensive trash was not theirs. I will try calling later and hopefully it will be resolved to my satisfaction. Otherwise, I will make a BBB complaint.

Being a first-time oxygen user at 83 years old who has an Australian Shepard that requires a 4–mile daily walk is not for the faint of heart. My current POC weighed 7 pounds and it was killing my back and shoulders. So, my research led me to Inogen. Their very knowledgeable sales representative guided me thru my options and helped me thru the purchase procedure. I selected the G4 POC which fits comfortably in my backpack. The representative responsible for getting my doctor's prescription and getting my purchase shipped went above and beyond to help expedite this process.
