InogenReviews of inogen.com

This portable and home versions are fabulous! So much better for home and work and going other places--kudos to Inogen One!

Love my inogen, alot quiter than my previous oxygen machine, went on a trip this summer, it's so small and convenient to travel with. The only negative thing is I would like to see the on/off button light up, when I get up it's still dark outside and I need to turn on a light to turn it off.

I am more than pleased with my Inogen and more so with the great people that have talked to and there interest in helping get he correct unit to us. I am very happy all around.

No stars. My mom paid Inogen $450.00 to have G5 concentrator repaid and a 1 year warranty. Her machine was not charging. We sent the unit with the batteries and the car charger. Shipping weight was 6.77 lbs. they returned the unit 4.5 lbs. they did not return the double battery, retails for $650.00, or the car charger. We of course called. Was told they said not to send the battery or accessories. They said they have a recording of the phone call stating that. I asked for a copy of that, I was told they can’t send it to me. We asked what was repaired on the unit, they said they didn’t know. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Have been waiting 5 days for a return call. When I call and ask for a supervisor they are never available. They’ve stolen the double battery and the car charger.

It is very good for leaving the house. However, the battery doesn't last as long as I need sometimes.

Have not been out yet so have not used it yet but going to dr. This week
