Great dependable products
Great dependable products. No pushy salesperson trying to dump something on anyone. The representatives are very polite and easy to understand when asking questions. I always refer others to this company and warn them about the shysters shearching for prey. (Companies with bad reps)

Gives me freedom to go places, from a 4# unit .
It came to me in a box by UPS. I made a call and was given instructions on how to get it up and running. The home unit works well. The portable unit also works well and it does give me the freedom without the the large tanks.

The Inogen machine is wonderful and…
The Inogen machine is wonderful and allowed me to get back on my feet. I only need it on occasion now, but my pulmonologist always wants to take it on trips. The machine was only about a year and a half when I tried to charge my double battery without success so I used the single battery. I called to see about a replacement and 3 times was told I had a defective battery after they had me do a check on it. The batteries are supposed to last 3 to 7 years. They told me the warranty is only for one year and I need to purchase a new battery for $600. I just paid out of pocket, directly ordering from them in 2022 for approximately $3500. No way will I pay $600 for a battery that should last 3 to 7 years but may do this again. It doesn't make sense they can't prorate it like they do with a car battery.
