I was very hesitant to use this, but I do feel better by when using it. It weighs over 6 lbs so I don’t take it when I go out. I have very bad shoulders and scoliosis and bulged disk in my lower back, so carrying this is difficult.

Purchasing - Great Found the machine to be a little noisy. I had an old machine that had a silence button for alarm and also made machine quieter if it was silenced. I had an older unit that was quieter when you used the silence button. That is the only thing they I believe could be improved. Otherwise, the unit works well and is very portable.

Communication with Inogen was excellent. Would recommend their products to all. I am concerned with the noise made by the Devillbis concentrator box. It is noisier than I had expected.

The Company needs to be more open at sales and say that after a few years, they will no longer service motherboard problems! This is a fairly expensive piece of equipment and that knowledge going into a purchase would be nice. It wasn't pleasant hearing a service specialist say all they could do is transfer me to the sales department to buy another machine. Service your equipment!

Easier to get around. Lighter than those metal tanks. Doing more outside activity's. Great service and help!

Your equipment is very new & updated compared to the other company I was dealing with. I love my portable tank. It's terrific. So is my big electric tank. It's fablous. Very pleased.

The Inogen is easy to use and easy to carry around. The instructions were easy to read and to follow. I'm very happy with the Inogen.

The representatives are very professional and nice. But their hands are tied down with way too much repetitive paperwork. Honestly the process can be streamlined better. To have to go through all the loops to get this machine took over a month. Not good for us that really need it to help breathe. This need major improvement.
