I called Inogen and asked were they in network with my insurance. I was told yes. I called each time I received a large bill. Yes your insurance must have made a mistake after five months of all their lying. My company moved over to another insurance Cigna. Same thing happened again Inogen representative said oh I don’t know if we are in network. I said find out if you are in network after holding 40 minutes he came back Cigna not in network. So before you get your home oxygen get something I’m writing because the sales people will lie to you just to get you signed up.
