The portable unit is heavier than I thought.It does not ride on my shoulder and I do not have the back-pack. So far, I tend to use it while sitting down watching tv.It does quickly raise my O2 levels from mid 80's to mid 90's. I wish the O2 could be humidified. It dries out my nose and back of throat.

I had a G5 for over a year and it was GREAT. Recently, I have had several replacements for my G5 because of low oxygen. I have had about six replacements and they all had “low oxygen” warnings after about ten minutes. Something is strange, and I can’t figure it out. Someone was supposed to call me, but they never did. I depend on my G5 and need help.

I'm very impressed by build quality of all of the products. The case works well. Easy to use and charge. Everything about it is amazing in my opinion. Compare this to air tanks? That's not even a contest. It's lightweight and quiet. Thanks Inogen.
