still have no received the oxygen this…
still have no received the oxygen this since1/31/24 HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GOT OUT FOR SEVERAL WEEKS IPAID THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR THIS UNIT AND NOW I AM BEING TRATED LIKE GARBAGE. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE

Yes I love my Inogen
Yes I love my Inogen. So easy to use & so much better than pulling a heavy oxygen tank. All the people at the Inogen company were so great to deal with, very courteous & so friendly.

The only issue with this oxigen concentrator is the weight. It is a little heavy for to charge.
Hi, for the people that have breathing illness this is a really nice equipment. Is more easy to breath and go outside.

Mobility
I love the ability to be mobile and resume a lot of activities. I do not like the 75 lb weight on my shoulder. Is there a carrying belt for the waist instead of shoulder or cross-body> Do not feel qualified to recommend improvements, site difficulties or provide praise as I’m a new customer. Ask me at a later time.

Not worth the price
I don't like that the rove6 doesn't continuously give O². Only when you inhale. Sometimes I don't breathe hard enough to trigger it. It would have been nice if Representative would have told me that before I purchased it.

Had a great experience with the Inogen…
Had a great experience with the Inogen rep. He was very pleasant and helpful and answered all my questions. The setup was very easy,.done in a matter of minutes. I called later because I had a question and he was very helpful and explained everything. Great product and great customer service.
