I am a new customer with both the constant flow home unit and the G5 portable. My interactions with Inogen staff have been prompt, pleasant and useful. I had to replace the G5 and the replacement unit was shipped and received in a very timely manner. I am a very satisfied customer as of the date of this writing.

My Inogen Rav 6 is wonderful
My Inogen Rav 6 is wonderful. I love the portability and how easy it was to purchase it. I waited a long time deciding if this was right for me, and now that I've done it, I don't regret it for one minute. My customer service representative was great, very knowledgeable and helpful--guiding me through the entire process.
