Thankfully, the model that I purchase was not affected so I did not have to take further action. I like how quickly their customer support responds to such important issues. I really like all of the products that INIU makes, especially the chargers. They are very well made, light weight, slim, built with the consumer in mind. I especially like the "paw" charge indicator which lets you know the progress of the charging at a glance. Their customer service is excellent as well. In that respect, I am happy to give INIU 5 stars for a quick, painless replacement of my battery 2 years after purchase. Minus 1 star for attempting to bribe me to write this, when I honestly did not need the encouragement and I write this as my honest experience.
