I purchased the C2+ during a promotion. I was supposed to receive a $300 steam gift card which never came. After months of back and forth with customer service they eventually told me they didnt have to honor their promotions and by then it was too late to return it. Dont trust this company.

A pretty sketchy company. They are very "tactical" when it comes to the information they display about their products and purchases. Some Infos are pretty hidden. Other important things are outright not mentioned. (Online restrictions for meta games, constant drifting of walking direction, unable to crouch completely when the seat module is installed, sprinting barely working in any game, etc...) They have been at it over 10 years now and had several generations/versions of the kat walk released, yet it still feels like a beta test. It's being sold as a finished product but is rather a work in progress that still has many flaws. They have been "working on" some of the issues but I've been with this thing (their newest one, C2 plus enhanced) over a year now and nothing has changed. As many others have already mentioned, you have to chase them for your extras too. All in all the Kat walk is an unfinished product that is not nearly worth the price tag. (Buliding quality is also way worse than I would've expected.) If it would be at least working flawlessly I could maybe accept the price but not in its current "beta" state. I appreciate the idea of the kat walk and that the company keeps on trying to make better versions to realize the dream of walking in VR, but there is still a long way ahead and the company should be more transparent and honest about their product.

Be aware of ordering from this merchant. Worse quality of the fabric and design, contrary to their online advertising. I have had so many issues with my return. Unlike their current policy, they do not refund the full price and shipping. They offer 50% of the price if you keep the item.

Extremely bad service . Its been 11 days there is no update my my order. And they keep said wait. They wont cancel my order either.

I had zero problems getting everything that I ordered, though needing to contact support to say I did not intend to return the product first was only a slight annoyance. The product has worked great for me out of the box with the few games I've wanted to use this for, so I am very happy with the platform!
