The product worked but the cable which doubled as a carry strap failed. Now I say failed because it stopped charging and when I used a different cable it worked. So the manufacturers wanted a video, they than advised they would give a 20% refund and replace the cable. They then tried to close the ticket twice. I explained I was overseas for about a month but no actions where taken to replace the cable now I had to do it for the UK. Just replace the cable! As I say the product works but the support is a disgrace. never again. Update, they have now come up with what by the sounds of it is an agreeable solution. I have tiday July 22 had a message from trust pilot saying the company want more information or they will delete my review. As you can see there is no such request here, I wonder if they are looking for an excuse to delete my review? They have now contacted me to advise they reviewed their response and deemed it insufficient so have offered me a full replacement. It took a while but they did the right thing for me in the end.
