In that respect, I am happy to give INIU 5 stars for a quick, painless replacement of my battery 2 years after purchase. Minus 1 star for attempting to bribe me to write this, when I honestly did not need the encouragement and I write this as my honest experience.

I've bought a few INIU products through Amazon and have been very satisfied overall. I only experienced one issue with one product, which is the reason for the 4-star rating rather than 5 stars. That said, INIU's customer support was outstanding. They responded quickly, requested a few details, and then sent me a replacement device without any hassle. Excellent service and a great experience. Happy customer!

The INIU company makes premium quality charging cables that support up to 240W charging speeds. The cables feel extremely nice and durable. I would advise them to make 10ft/12ft versions of their cables for customers who need more mobility and also cables with USB3/4 data transfer speeds for a more versatile cable in daily use. Their powerbanks are also great in my experience with the 140W 27,000mAh BI-B64 model. I hope they can make better quality and more compact charging blocks/bricks/wall adapters as their current A11 3-port 100W GaN chargers are quite large in comparison to the ANKER PRIME 100W GaN Charger. Customer Service took a bit long with processing my refund and the quality/accuracy of their service seems like it can be improved.

I have the INIU B64 27,000mAh Power bank and the 2pk INIU D5CC 100W 6.6FT USB-C to C cables and I've been happy with how they all perform. The B64 can charge my Lenovo X13 almost 2 times (maybe 1.5 times if from 0%) and it is an amazing for whenever I commute or travel. It comes with a short USB-C to C cable that can charge at 100W and a sleeve/pouch to protect the power bank a bit. I've seen poor reviews of this specific power bank but I haven't experienced any issues so far. It seems to provide a good number of supported protocols and supply voltages. The USB-C cables are braided and have been quite durable. The length is great and it hasn't been too short for anything I've needed it for yet. It also has USB 2 data transmission (480Mbps) that is convenient when I need to transfer data from my phone. These cables work great with my laptop and the green LED on one end of the cable isn't too bright which is perfect (not as annoying as blue LEDs on cheaper cables).

I purchased INIU for MagSafe Qi2 15W Portable Charger, Slimmest 10000mAh Power Bank, and I loved it. Here are some pros and cons. Pros: High quality small size, powerful charger, excellent customer service. Cons: the model I bought was not CCC certified, so that I could not take it to China.

Ik heb hier een powerbank besteld en nadat ik even niks hoorde qua verzendbevestiging ging in trustpilot checken. Ik werd een beetje bang door de recensies en besloot een mail te sturen met de vraag of ze mijn order konden annuleren. Ik kreeg als antwoord dat mijn powerbank al verzonden was en hij niet geannuleerd kon worden. Ik vroeg daarop weer terug wanneer ik dan de tracking informatie toegestuurd zou krijgen. Ik kreeg netjes een track&trace toegezonden en heb zojuist mijn powerbank ontvangen! Ik ga hem nu uittesten en gebruiken. Maar ik heb mijn product in ieder geval netjes ontvangen én er werd vlot op mijn mails gereageerd. Hopelijk neemt deze recensie bij sommige mensen wat zorgen weg ;)
