Great company, great experience

Bought a MagSafe wireless charger from INIU a while ago and it worked great. It ended up stopping working recently, so I got in touch with their support. They took me through a few troubleshooting steps first to see if we could fix it, and when that didn’t work they sorted out a replacement. The whole process was really easy and straightforward, and they were quick to respond throughout. Really happy with the customer service. It’s nice when a company actually stands behind its products. Would definitely buy from them again.

I’ve been using INIU products for about 5 years. Every one of my close friends and family members have an INIU powerbank I’ve gifted them. All I’ve ever gotten were solid products that stood up to harsh climates and sometimes extreme job site conditions.

I have had several INIU products with no problems. I use them for every day charging of my phone and electronics. I also ise them in my heated vest. I purchased a mini charger for my son and he loves it!!! Great products, good prices. What more can you ask for!

I've bought a few INIU products through Amazon and have been very satisfied overall. I only experienced one issue with one product, which is the reason for the 4-star rating rather than 5 stars. That said, INIU's customer support was outstanding. They responded quickly, requested a few details, and then sent me a replacement device without any hassle. Excellent service and a great experience. Happy customer!

The INIU company makes premium quality charging cables that support up to 240W charging speeds. The cables feel extremely nice and durable. I would advise them to make 10ft/12ft versions of their cables for customers who need more mobility and also cables with USB3/4 data transfer speeds for a more versatile cable in daily use. Their powerbanks are also great in my experience with the 140W 27,000mAh BI-B64 model. I hope they can make better quality and more compact charging blocks/bricks/wall adapters as their current A11 3-port 100W GaN chargers are quite large in comparison to the ANKER PRIME 100W GaN Charger. Customer Service took a bit long with processing my refund and the quality/accuracy of their service seems like it can be improved.

Having purchased Iniu products for a number of years, I would always consider my next power bank with them too. The power banks are durable and come with fast charging cables included but what's sets them apart is the aftersales support which is second to none!
