INIUReviews of iniushop.com

Their products have great performances. And very effective after sales support.

Ottima azienda e prodotti molto utili alta professionalità

I´ve been buying INIU products for about 3 years now, from cables to wireless chargers and battery banks. They are my go-to company for charging gear. I have had a couple of products malfunction, but their customer service has always honored their warranty in a very hassle-free way. Thier products are a good value in the price vs quality trade-off.

I have been using both the 65 watt and 100 watt GaN wall chargers from INIU for a couple of months now. Both of them are working great and charge my devices at their max rated speed. One thing that I like about INIU is that they included cables with the chargers which is rare to see these days. Overall, I would recommend this brand as they offer good performance at an affordable price.

INUI is a great company with great customer service!

I have used INIU power banks for many years. I recently purchased four of the INIU 45W portable charger for each member of my family. These power banks are compact and come with built-in power cable. These power banks can recharge our phone 3-4 times so we don't worry about phones going dead. Great product. I highly recommend it.

Purchased an INIU power bank model P21-E1 that worked great but eventually the power button got stuck. Contacted support and they asked for some information and a video of the problem. They quickly sent out a replacement. Customer service is great and very responsive. I was worried with a 3 year warranty they wouldn't be as quick to reply.

Great product, great customer service, my power bank was faulty and they were quick to replace it! Highly recommend
