I‘ve purchased a 15.000 mah Powerbank from Iniu via Amazon. The product delivers a very strong capacity and is even capable to get loaded via a small solar panel for free. One day a had an issue with the powerbank and contacted the service - they reply very quick, were very helpful and accommodating. The replacement works pretty good, now I’m happy with the new one. I really appreciate that, that’s customer satisfaction!

All good, good products and good support.

I’ve used these power banks for years and they’ve always been reliable, so I was gutted when one stopped holding a charge after only a few uses. I assumed I was out of luck… until I spotted the 3-year warranty. Honestly, the service blew me away. I sent over the details and they didn’t quibble for a second. No hoops to jump through, no hassle, just quick, clear communication and a brand-new replacement on my doorstep by the end of the week. It’s rare these days to find a company that backs up their products with such brilliant service. I wouldn’t travel without one of these, and this experience just proved why I’ll keep coming back.

I use a bunch of their products for years. They strike the amazing balance of value and cost. I’m a big fan. They have a great support system which I got to use one time when a power bank failed on me. They addressed the matter promptly. I will continue to patronize this brand and long as they keeping doing great work like they have been with their current products.

I bought their 22000mah battery on Amazon, the first one that came to me was defective, I contacted them and they sent me a new one that works great, their products are very good and their customer service unbeatable, highly recommended

I puchased the P73-E1 qi2 powerbank and I have loved it so far. Good compact design and attention to detail , from the USB C included in the lanyard to the imbedded kickstand. If anything, i wish they could do solid state batteries or anything that would make wireless charging stay cooler.

I bought INIU 3-in-1 Portable Charger, 10000mAh 30W Fast Charging Power Bank from Amazon, great product where I measured that it genuinely provide close to 30W charging . After the days the main charging cable stopped working, I reached out to INIU and was pleasently surprised by an exceptional customer service, I submitted a video of the problem as instructed and they sent me a shipping label , which shows how serious they are on their product quality to request the defective product back, They also promptly sent me a replacement which is working great. I would recommend them.
