Purchased a power bank from this company on Amazon. Had some trouble with it holding a charge so I reached out to the company to replace it - they did so with no questions asked. The new one works perfectly and does a great job charging my devices. It's also great that the plug is built into the charger itself.

I am the proud owner of 6 different portable chargers. My vehicles and spare chargers have INIU cables fast charging Lightning and USB-C. Also own some PD cables. Not many issues with any of them. When I did finally have an issue with a portable charger no longer charging devices and within the 3 year warranty period, they expeditiously shipped me a replacement. Great products, great customer service. I recommend them and their products to everyone. 5 stars!

I’ve had a 22w 20,000 mah powerbank for a couple of years and it’s saved me many times when I’ve need it most. Also very durable product. On top of that o noticed after much use the batteries started to swell a little and I sent pictures and an email and they replaced it free of charge. Great company great product!

I recently bought a humidifier which got some manufacture issue, I just send an email to the INIU team and they were so much proactive to help that felt so good about the service. Having issue with an product is a normal thing but how you handle those issue create the trust in the brand. I am super happing with the product as well as after sales service.
