INIUReviews of iniushop.com

I have been using 27000 Mac Iniu power bank since 1 year and experienced the fast charging capacity on my Mac and iPhone as well, which feels great. Though I purchased it from Amazon but the customer support was awesome for claiming the warranty issue that I have with the cable. The cable became loosen after roughly 9 months and didn't work at all after a month and contacted customer support. They immediately processed for new cable to be shipped under my mailing address and got it on time.

Purchased INIU Portable Charger, Slimmest 10000mAh 5V/3A Power Bank, USB C in&out High-Speed Charging Battery Pack through Amazon. Product came quickly, is quickly charged and charges just as fast. Reliable power in a light weight package. Highly recommend.

What makes this company stands out is their accountability. Their power banks that I have used is solid but it is the prompt responsiveness from their customer support and their communication efforts. They were understanding and helpful and able to provide a solid assistance when I had issues. This I value above all else which will lead me to purchase again because I know I will be assisted should anything occur

I've had many power banks and I have to say INIU are by far the superior for both build quality and power output. I use a range of UNIU batteries ranging from their 10k through to the 20k which is also passthrough power which is really handy. Most INIU batteries come with a percentage power level indicator which is more useful than standard LEDs which you find on most power banks, and it's accurate too. All I would HIGHLY recommend INIU

INIU is a responsive company with good product. The portable charging bank i have owned for the past year has worked flawlessly. I highly recommend their battery banks.

Good products at a fair price and great support. Battery pack had issues a few months after purchase, iniu support took care of the issue.
