INIUReviews of iniushop.com

I had an issue with a battery I purchased only few weeks ago, reached out to Iniu customer support, and they were very prompt and understanding of the situation. It was overall a very easy and pleasant experience. Would buy from again.

Great products and fast customer service response. Highly recommended

The power bank arrived quickly and works well for my needs. Customer service was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy. Overall, a great experience and I would buy from them again.

I’ve had nothing but an outstanding experience with INIU. I’ve been using their BI-B63 25000mAh power bank almost daily for over a year, and it has consistently outperformed every other (and more expensive) power bank I own. The fast charging speed is phenomenal — it keeps my devices powered up quickly and reliably, no matter where I am. It’s solidly built, holds an incredible amount of charge, and has been an absolute workhorse in my daily routine. After more than a year of heavy use, one of the USB ports stopped working. I reached out to INIU’s customer support expecting a long process, but what I got instead was some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. They asked for a short video of the issue, which I sent right away. Within hours, they confirmed a replacement and overnighted a brand-new unit directly from Amazon. That level of responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare, and it truly blew me away. I’m amazed by how great the product is, but I’m even more impressed by how INIU stands behind what they make. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers, not just the sale. In a world where many companies cut corners or make warranty claims a hassle, INIU does the opposite — they deliver on their promises, quickly and with no fuss. If you’re looking for a power bank that combines exceptional performance with equally exceptional support, INIU should be at the very top of your list.

I just have to say—this INIU Cougar P63‑E1 power bank has exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I held it, I was instantly impressed by how compact and well‑designed it is—about 30% smaller than other high‑capacity models, yet still packing a massive 25 000 mAh punch . It’s lightweight, travel‑friendly, perfectly fitting into my bag without adding bulk. But don’t let its size fool you—this little powerhouse delivers a blazing 100 W fast charge, capable of powering laptops, phones, and more in a flash . I’ve tested it on both my MacBook Pro and iPhone, and the results are incredible: up to 42% battery on the MacBook Pro 14″, and 62% on an iPhone 15, all in just about 25 minutes . Plus, it even juices up a Steam Deck at full speed—game on, anywhere. One of my favorite features is the ability to charge three devices simultaneously—it’s a game-changer on long trips or busy photo/video shoots . And the USB‑C in/out makes recharging the power bank itself super fast and hassle-free—so efficient!

I ordered a 3-in-1 MagSafe Travel Charger with Qi2 through Amazon Germany, but unfortunately the Apple Watch wasn’t charging correctly. After contacting customer support and providing proof of the issue, I got instructions to return the product quickly and, in the same instance, a replacement was sent my way. The communication with the employee was very friendly and clear, helping a quick exchange process

I was really happy with my product but had a issue, only one mail and they make magic happends offer a solution in a sort time really succefull and easy for my, no doubt great customer service and product quality
