I absolutely love my hoop. It’s the best exercise equipment I’ve ever owned. However it is a bit expensive and I would never have been able to buy it and be a part of the group just a few years ago. It’s a little sad that some people that could really benefit from this tool can’t afford it. Because the hoop and videos and classroom is amazing for resources and great for people that need guided videos there’s a tone now and they guide you through from start to pro. If you are looking to invest in your health and have limited income I do recommend getting the hoop itself. And taking advantage of the 30 days free in the group.

I like that it's easy to start up(after reviewing some YouTube!) and I can start and stop easily through the day. It's a fun way to add extra movement every day and I'm really hoping the challenges lead to lost inches!

My experience is going very well as I have lost 4inches off my waist and I feel great. Though the hoop i got is a little noisy but I got it from the website so I know its real. Would love to have an infinity hoop 2.0 if possible.

It took a while to figure out how to buckle the hoop around my waist, but once I buckled I was able to hoop for about 1 minute and a half. My goal is to reach 30 minutes without pause.

My hoop was lost in the Mail (actually taken from my mailbox). After working with USPS and Infinity Hoop, they were going to resend my order. In the meantime, my package was returned to the post office, obviously grabbed on accident, and returned to me. I am 100 percent pleased with the response of Infinity Hoop and their willingness to resend even though it was not their issue.

I have reached out to the company email 3 times since my order was delivered on Feb 14th- immediately after my carrier left it. They sent the "free" waist trainer. No hoop. I waited 48 hours before sending another email, then again the next day. I called their phone number this morning and left a voicemail? I also messaged their Facebook page. Zero response, 70$ paid for a free waist trainer and no hoop.

Hey there, We’re really sorry about your experience. 💜 We completely understand how upsetting it is to receive only the free item and not the main hoop you paid for. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have. In some cases, items may ship separately, but you absolutely should have received clear communication and timely support. Our team will be reaching out to you directly via email to review your order, check the shipment status, and make sure this is resolved properly for you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and for bringing this to our attention, we’re here to make this right. – The Infinity Hoop Team
