I made a purchase over a month ago & then saw a new charge today. I emailed customer service that I did not make a new purchase. They immediately credited my account back and also explained what the charge was for. It was COMPLETELY my mistake but they still issued credit to me & also sent me a gift. GREAT customer service & I highly recommend this company!

Very much enjoy using my infinity hoop! I got the tiffany blue color and its so pretty! Unfortunately I had to stop hooping for a couple weeks due to a move, but can't wait to get back to it! Its been months since I've worked out and the 30 day challenge on the app has been great for a beginner. It's pretty easy once you get the hang of it, but did take a few days before I could keep it going without stopping. Been working up a sweat every session and love the toning/sweat cream with the belt while hooping but it's also great for sore muscles after workout too. Also got the arm hoops but havent had a chance to really use those yet.

I love the IH community. Everyone is supportive of and really engaged with each other. The workout challenges are fun and really push your limits. I just won one of the contest, most inches lost! I love infinityhoop because it reminds me of being a kid with a hula hoop! Oh and let's not forget the gains are real. 1 link=2inches and I have removed 4 links so far, down 8 inches! There's really no downside here.
