Finding the phone number for messages was so much faster accurate than emails. I felt the emails were confusing and the response was very close to the same response each time. The emails could never give me an American routing number where the messages were more accurate and gave an American routing number. This platform for me is 100%, don’t care much about the emails. My package had a non existing address and because I didn’t have the proper routing number I wasn’t able to redirect the package to my house. This platform gave me a correct routing number, they have done an excellent job and they have answers the email team couldn’t answer
