I would give them zero Stars if I could this company . They are Crooks I cancel my insurance and they still took the premium out of my bank account when I called them they told me two to three weeks before I get my refund but they took my money overnight

Horrible insurance. Please do not get this insurance. I got in a car accident yes it was my fault but it has been 3 moths and still no car. Please avoid this insurance.

To all the people getting railroaded by this company, contact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AN FILE COMPLAINTS. Avoid at all cost, it took 3 weeks to even talk to someone after their client was on the phone an rear ended us ,this insurance has to be the worst insurance of all time , even with police reports, my advice in dealing with them don't, just get a lawyer asap .

This company is horrific. They insure drivers with less than quality insurance and when their driver hits someone they can't afford to pay for damages. For example a driver insured by them hit me on 1/31/2020 going 65 down a sloped hill in a 30mph zone on Clairmont Drive in San Diego. He totaled my car and my car hit my neighbors car and my vehicle was parked. They've delayed processing me and my neighbors car. I had to get a rental and took it back early to save the driver money. I had to buy a car because I needed to be able to go back and fourth to work. I had to put the car in a storage while their adjuster RAINE VU whom is horrible and shouldn't have a job has taken her time processing me and my neighbors damages because they provided their driver with less than quality insurance. Me and my neighbor have been inconvenienced and they don't care. RAINE VU should be fired period. She is rude, disrespectful to not only me but to the storage facility and to my insurance. This place should be closed completely down and not able to operate. They have no professionalism or customer service skills at all. This has been a horrific experience dealing with them. I have never been in a accident and hopefully never will and I pray that no one has to ever deal with the crappy company. RAINE VU you are going to hell for the experience you have put me and my neighbor through but it will all be taken care of shortly. You are a habitual liar and have lied to the storage company, to me, my neighbor and to my insurance. I don't even know how you walk around day to day knowing you intentionally lie to people and try to scam them. I want the number to their corporates president and file a complaint and report this company.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I have been dealing with them since Dec, 28th. Still not getting anywhere. Their overall Google reviews are even lower than this. Like 1.6 stars. It sounds like this entire company is trash.

I really wish it would let you put a 0! Worst insurance company ever! They actually made a claim in my name and without my authorization for damages accrued to my vehicle from how long it sat at the tow yard and accrued additional damages after the accident. They are horrible. Bow premiums will be even higher with this additional claim they wrote up on their own under my name! Save the hassle and dont get this insurance. Currently obtaining lawyer, they cant get away with this!!

This is a 0 star rating, the worst possible review I can post. I have been contacting customer service and claim's managers to answer my request on a follow up claim since August 2019 where we were the claimant on their insured driver that has been a nightmare. I've made attempt after attempt, emails, voice messages and no one will return or respond to my requests. They are falsifying their automated responses by saying they will have someone contact you within "3 business days" and then I never hear from anyone. Leaving a voice message on a supervisor's phone also gets you no where, they even indicate they will return your call the SAME day if you call within such-and-such time. That is also a false statement! I am extremely frustrated and cannot understand how Infinity Auto Insurance can still in business. Something needs to change. DM

How does a company like this desire to have structure and follow strict guidelines when its foundation is both poor and weak. This place has no idea of what customer service is because all they do is make excuses. If I were an employee I would never tell people where I work! Please don't tell me to send my concerns to mobile.inquiries@ipacc. com because it is obvious that you all just want your pay check. If you're not going to work and do your job, just shut the company down and save everyone the headache!
