I had some damage that I didnt know ins covered and they handled it fairly easily. I had pulled too far forward in a parking spot, and caused damage to my radiator mounts. I made the claim, I called a couple of times, but within two days the adjuster was out had given their report. A few hours later my car was being towed to the shop they suggested. Which turned out to be a great shop- I had a very positive experience with these people and I have never used this insurance before now

Bueno, señores,,esta compañía es un poco complicada, pero al menos a mi siempre que me sucedió, algo me arregló, el problema, que son problemáticos SI,pero hay mucha gente fraudulenta,que utiliza esta o las,aseguradoras,para ganarse el dinero Facil,a mi si me golpea alguien, yo reclamo,y me han pagado mi carro y los gastos médicos, por supuesto que me llaman a investigar y declaración juradas personalmente, pero bueno, el que no la debe no la teme y yo no temo reclamar, si me sucede algo en este Miami, Alfredo velasquez
