Independent Carpet One WestlandReviews of independentcarpetonewestland.com

I was fortunate to have the experience of having Independent Carpet One Westland install my Armstrong Alterna grout-able vinyl tile floor in my kitchen. Catherine Buchanan was my salesperson who came to my house to take measurements along with offering suggestions on the lay out and color of the flooring. Cathy was very knowledgeable about the material and the job requirements Joseph Santini was the installer who installed the tile and grout and also provided knowledge about the flooring and color selection. Joe was very precise in his cutting of the tile with a very close fit throughout the project. Joe was meticulous in keeping the work project clean along with the rest of my house. Joe also took the time to explain why he was doing certain things in the placing of the tile and the installation. Joe made me very comfortable with everything that he did and I was very pleased and satisfied with the finished project. I would recommend the team of Cathy Buchanan/Joseph Santini as the best sales/installation team to deal with on any tile flooring project that they were contemplating having done in their home or business.

We've been using Independent Carpet One, for our flooring needs, for years. We had carpet put in 2 rooms last month and once again, the rooms look great. One thing that I recently learned, is that they also sell Hunter Douglas products. I was looking for cellular shades and vertical blinds for the kitchen and wasn't finding what I wanted at the "big box stores". Someone suggested Hunter Douglas, so I went on the Hunter Douglas website, to see where I could purchase them and saw Independent Carpet One on the list. The shades have been installed and look great. There was an issue with the measurement on the verticals, so they were too small. The replacements have been ordered and should be in soon. A slight delay, but hey, things happen. It's how a company responds to a problem, is what's important to me. I highly recommend Independent Carpet One for your flooring and window needs.
