Independent Carpet One WestlandReviews of independentcarpetonewestland.com

If you're looking for carpet (or any flooring) go see these guys. From the selection process to the installation process this was a great experience. I can't say enough good things about Independent Carpet One. You guys rock!!!

The entire carpet experience was pleasant from Cathy helping pick carpet samples to the installation. John and his team did a wonderful job and put my large furniture back where I wanted it. The carpet looks great and adds a new and different dimension to the rooms. I would definitely recommend Independent Carpet One Westland to anyone.

Absolute awesome experience dealing with everyone from Carpet One! We will definitely be using them again for any of our flooring and carpet needs!

We were very pleased with Cathy Buchanan, Shane and all who made our carpet choices and installation so pleasant.

My sales representative, Cathy Buchanan, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products available. She listened to my needs and found, in her first selection, the exact carpet I was looking for. The installation people were beyond helpful and professional. They were courteous and went way above and beyond to make what was a exceptionally stressful experience as comfortable and easy for us as possible. I would highly recommend anyone looking for carpet or flooring to talk to Cathy before making a decision.

Due to a house fire I found myself in a position where I needed new flooring for my whole house. Some people might find that prospect exciting but was just plain overwhelmed. When I stepped into the showroom at Independent I thought "Oh No." I went from overwhelmed to almost panic city. There were so many choices I didn't know where to begin. My worries were quickly put to rest by Cathy and her wonderful well educated staff. They were able to help me zero in on what would be best for my taste and lifestyle, and It felt great to make an educated purchase. From start to finish the service was top notch. The installers were efficient and did an excellent job. I am so happy with the finished product. It is even better than I could have anticipated. I had checked other places but always walked out feeling even more confused and frustrated. Here I got the quality I wanted, and a great price. Equally as important I never felt rushed or pressured about what I was buying. I highly recommend Independent if your looking for great quality, service and affordable flooring. Thank you from one very satisfied and now better educated customer !

The owner of the company, Cathy, is such a pleasure to work with for she always puts the customers' interest first. Her prices are fair and she is quick to repsond to any concerns a customer might have. Her team of installers (father and sons)are industrious, and respectful. They worked wonders with a patterned carpet in my walk-out level, especially because it was a 60 foot run. They're that good.
