Excellent customer experience
From the minute Robert showed us our carpet options, to the prompt measurement and ordering process, the understanding when we had to delay installation as we had a death in the family, to the awesome installers! Hands down would recommend Independent Carpet One to anyone for their flooring needs!

Young couple needing help....
As young newlyweds my husband and I knew carpet would not be cheap but after visiting 3 different stores were in sticker shock. We had no idea what it would cost to carpet our over 2,000 sq ft new home. This is our forever home and we are so glad we came to Independent Carpet! Janet D'Ascenzo could not have been more helpful and really did a great job to put us at ease with this large purchase. We felt like we gained so much knowledge about the carpet from her and feel like we made an amazing choice! Everyone thinks are carpet looks great and I always make sure to tell them to go see Janet!! Thank you so much! We will be back do to our kitchen floor for sure and the best part is I don't have to go to all the other stores because I know Cathy & Janet will take great care of us!

Everything That Could Be Done
They did all that could be done when the original carpet in one of the rooms didn't turn out right due to a manufacturing error. They had the manufacturer make a new carpet and it looks great.

#1 go to for my flooring.
I used to be a commercial flooring installer (retired) and these guys are the best! Bob is trustworthy and treats everyone like family. All the sales staff are patient and do not put pressure on you to buy. I have sent family and friends here for years as well as use them for my personal and rental home needs. Give them a try and you won't go anywhere else.
