I was hesitant in reaching out to customer service because the product i’d bought was a final sale. However, I’m very glad I did as the rep Claire was absolutely lovely and was very helpful and is sending me a replacement. I’m loving my ILIA products as I have sensitive, reactive skin and so far thankfully it hasn’t been an issue. I use the barrier cream, the dewy skin tint, the eye cream, and eye pencil. I look forward to seeing what they come out with next!!

When my shipping address was wrong, I emailed support and they automatically shipped a separate order of my product to the correct address. All I had to do was email them the new address and they took the initiative to re-ship the exact order to the correct address. This is my first experience with ILIA and it won't be my last. I have liked all ILIA products except for the gel eyeliner and wrote a review (for all products!!) stating that the eyeliner disappeared. Tavonia replied quickly, offered a suggestion and put through a refund. Amazing service and amazing company!

Claire was brilliant sorting a return, the communication was swift and thoughtful. They treat you like real people and genuinely care about offering a good experience, even when things don't go well. I ordered a Lip Sketch Crayon but it was not a great colour for me. In my order I received a sample of other colours - I found a better choice and Ilia arranged for a replacement and I don't need to return the one that doesn't work ( can give it to someone who it will look great on! The product is creamy and offers long lasting colour. Tavonia, the rep who helped me was fantastic and responded to my replacement request within one day! Really wonderful customer service! I will very definitely be ordering other products based on my experience.
