Recently purchased the skin tint and I'm impressed. Not for anyone looking for full coverage or a matte finish. I'm 55 and my biggest issue is wrinkles and uneven skin tone. This evens it out and doesn't settle into my lines. Best compliment I can give though, is my husband of 22 years told me I looked "glowing". This man has never mentioned anything about my makeup. It's comfortable to wear and the sunscreen is an added bonus. Excellent product!

I hate to do this but this times experience of Ilia (UK) has been really frustrating. I have done many previous orders, which have been ok and normally CS is helpful. This time I placed an order Tuesday and we are now Monday without it being dispatched/or update (they say their dispatch should be around 1-3 days). I tried customer service and got an AI computer, who was really frustrating and not helpful. I then asked to speak to a human but while waiting I have also found the UK customer service email, which I have now contacted. I am due to go away next week and need the items to arrive prior to this but to speak to a human seems quite hard. If I hear back soon I will amend this but it’s really frustrating to have no solid human help. I love Ilia products but would just love my parcel to arrive! Update - nearly two weeks since my order and still no help from customer service or a dispatch. I would be really wary in the UK of ordering from this company online. It’s so disappointing and I will have to do a chargeback from my bank due to not being able to speak to anyone but a couple of AI emails, which are so unhelpful.

Kortnii consulted with me by email, requesting additional selfies until she was certain about the correct shades for a variety of products. She was exactly right in her recommendations, and as a result, I am now a complete convert to the Ilia brand. I ordered the tinted moisturizer, lip and cheek tint, and eye make up following her recommendations. I will continue to build on my collection and so completely appreciate Kortnii professionalism and accurate recommendations.

Paid for 'rush' shipping on the 7th of August and my order still hasn't even made it to the delivery company as of 13 August! (Tracking suggests it is 'expected'). Customer service won't offer me a refund on the 'rush' delivery as they say that this is within their normal processing window - yikes. I can't believe that it has taken them 6 days just to put my order in the post when I paid for 'rush' shipping. Customer service could certainly use some improvement. Hopefully the actual cosmetics won't disappoint as much. I would never bother paying for 'rush' shipping with Ilia again though, or ordering online if I needed a product anytime soon!

The ILIA Team member, Kortnii, who assisted me provided an exceptional level of customer service. The response to my inquiry was personalized and timely. The recommendations I received were detailed and well presented. Finding makeup online that meets my expectations often is a challenge. ILIA will now be my go to resource for makeup.

I purchased ilia tinted serum and sunscreen so disappointed and sad because I got very bad hives. I was hoping to use this product and had high hopes but it failed me. Not worth my money and hives . It’s not safe for sensitive skin at all

Unfortunate have to give this rating , been happy with products received so far, however had an issue with a colour on an item I received and enquired as their website says to do, and email them with the concern as wanted an exchange Several emails later and a message on messenger via FB and still no reply, all it comes back as saying they have high volume so longer response...???
