I ordered their conceiler but I didn't choose the right shade, so I wrote to them asking for a return or exchange, because I did like how the conceiler felt on my skin and the coverage was good, it was just too dark and orange for me. They asked me what shade I wanted instead, I told them which one and they sent it to me for free. The customer experience was even better than I imagined. Also I love that their products have no harmful ingredients in them, I chose them specifically for this reason. Thank you a lot

I ordered a different color because my usual was out. I thought I’d try a new color. It didn’t work. It was way too yellow. The next week I ordered my favorite color and they contacted me and said they were sorry I had the color issue and credited me the price for the 1st foundation. I wasn’t even expecting it. Customer service was quick in its response and very helpful! I took the online quiz to determine the color of foundation I would buy. When it arrived, it had more yellow undertones than what was needed. I contacted customer service and had a reply within 24 hours. The representative, Romelen, used a photo I submitted to select a new color. It just recently arrived and is perfect! The only critique of the entire process, was the time in shipping. Everything else worked like a clock! I also love that my skin is not reacting as I have developed allergies to many other foundations! Thank you for all the help!

I had an issue with the color I chose and customer service was extremely patient and helpful. They offered to help me pick the correct color and expedited my replacement. I can’t wait to try it out.
