Save yourself the trouble and buy from Sephora or Nordstrom. The logistics of this company are a hot mess. Ordered 2 products, they only sent 1. I email support and I get an auto-response that they won't get back to me for 5 business days. Hot mess. Good makeup though.

After placing my first order and being delighted with the products and the delivery service, I have made a second order and couldn’t be more disappointed. Not only did I have to chase up the order after having passed 3 business days and getting no notification about it being shipped I have now received my parcel and part of the order is missing.

The products previously bought are nice, however I have a delayed order that hasn't been processed or shown any movement for over a week. Unfortunately, customer service ceased to respond four days ago, and tracking doesn't show any updates either.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to share your experience. It's not uncommon for there to be response delays and some technical hiccups during high traffic times, like black friday, and we truly appreciate your patience. I am happy to see your ticket has been tended to, and you're getting the assistance you need. Again, we hope you can accept our apology. Rest assured, we are working diligently to respond to all tickets and solve all issues as quickly as possible.

As others have stated, the shipping is unreasonably slow, the tracking info only updated the day the item finally showed up to my door at over two weeks after I ordered the product, and the company doesn’t respond to emails re: inquiries. I had signed up to a subscription for their skin tint and promptly cancelled. It’s not worth the hassle.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're truly sorry for the frustration caused. We recently started working with a new shipping carrier, and while we're working through the transition, we know the delays and lack of tracking updates have been disappointing. We're actively reporting feedback like yours to the appropriate teams so we can improve the process. Additionally, our response time has been higher than usual due to our recent sale, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We will follow up with you via email as well.

First and last time using this company, the serum foundation was completely the wrong shade so I emailed and asked if I could return it, this was on the 7th March I did get a response to my first emails but it’s now the 16th March and Ive still no idea how to return the item. As the company is in America the time difference also creates a problem getting a response from them * I have responded to all emails sent to me, the last email I sent was on the 13th March and has not been replied to**
