While there aren't plans to change the dual-sided wand design, we understand it’s not the right fit for everyone. It was designed to offer both length and separation, but it definitely shouldn't feel uncomfortable or overly complicated to use, especially not to the point of causing any discomfort. We’re truly sorry to hear it scratched your eye. If you're still open to trying something new, you might prefer our Fullest Volumizing Mascara, which has a traditional bristle brush and a more straightforward application. We recommend reviewing the return policy from your point of purchase— many partners, and if purchased on our website, issue refunds even if the product has been lightly used.
