Food was awesome but, the place had terrible service and the food was %100 over priced! Never going again. We spent $83 on 5 people!

Worst service and worst breakfast ever

IHOP, Michigan City, IN One cook in the kitchen at dinner time. The bathroom smells like raw sewage. So strong you can smell it in the dining area. Ordered two meals. The first meal the eggs were burnt to a crisp, ordered over med. The Smokehouse Sausage was burnt black. Did not eat it. The second meal, Sirloin Tips Dinner, the Tips were burnt black as well as the onions and mushrooms. The Spinach was barely cooked, Pretty much raw with cooking oil on them.

Horrible service with food that made my wife and myself sick on Christmas. I called management and asked for a refund and apology and was told I wouldn’t be issued either. The store manager and district manager told me the same thing. Accused me of lying about it too. Terrible way to do business. STAY AWAY!!

The coffee is like WATER! You can see thru it when pouring. So weak. To make it worse, they charge $2.69 even when you're paying for a meal.

Poor food Poor food Poor business

We went to IHOP on military appreciation day on Tudor in Anchorage, Alaska at 1230 hours. We were quickly seated. Don't seat by the cashier register, first booth. The wind is cold from the door opening and it opened a lot today. My feet are still cold 10 hours later. After waiting 20 minutes for our waitress, we saw the people who came after us contact staff to ask, "Did you forget about us? No one has taken our order or given us coffee." We took the cue and did the same thing 10 minutes later. We suggest IHOP have a person who gives coffee, sodas, and waters before the waitresses if it is that busy. We saw only one bus person, and he was working hard, doing a good job, cleaning off the tables; he never stopped working. We waited 20-25 minutes for food, but considering the place was full and I could see the cooks, they were hustling and doing an excellent job. Our food came. It was really good and warm. A+ for the food. F for the 30 minute wait to order after being seated, especially when you see people come in, order take out, and leave with their food quickly. The waitress was nice in attitude, serve was just slow. We will be back on a day less crowded. The food is good and reasonably prices. Oh, thank you for serving all the veterans a side of red, white, and blue pancakes. Good to see that!

My waiter was named Bush in Arlington Tx he did an amazing job. Very friendly, making sure we had everything we needed, very quick, Overall excellent job.
