Upon arrival of my breakfast I noticed and thought to myself, the portions were very small for the price. Well to my surprise the Elder Gentleman across the partition must have felt the same way because I heard him ask for a manager. I was in total agreement with the customer because the size of the ham was equivalent to the size of a silver dollar and IHOP was charging 2.99/piece! So I hear the Gentleman say he didn't think he should have to pay this much for so little. Unto which I agreed in my head as well. Then I hear the manager tell the Elder Gentleman that he didn't have to pay for his meal, but he had to " get out and never come back"...poor guy. Not a professional way to handle things with a diner with people around. So, IHOP in Brighton, Co, you just lost another customer.. I will not patronize a business that are rude to elder people. So disgusted by the treatment this man received by this manager at this location. So disrespectful.

We eat at IHOP about once a week, but after today we probably won't go back for awhile. We had just started eating when the server brought the check. A few minutes later she came back to the table and asked if we needed a takeout box, WHILE WE WERE STILL EATING! It's like she was trying to rush us out. We got so frustrated that we asked for a takeout box so we could leave. It was a very disappointing experience.

My eggs were uncooked and I seen the white clear egg whites. I was disgusted because I ate most of it only to notice white clear egg whites were all uncooked.

⭐ 1 STAR — VERY DISAPPOINTING, IHOP! I’m extremely disappointed that IHOP has decided to get rid of its gluten-free/gluten-friendly menu options. For a restaurant as large and well-known as IHOP, this feels like a huge step BACKWARDS. People who avoid gluten aren’t asking for some extravagant specialty menu—they simply want to be able to go out with their family and enjoy breakfast without having to worry about whether there’s anything they can safely order. IHOP used to be a place where someone needing gluten-friendly choices could still enjoy pancakes and breakfast with everyone else. Now, instead of expanding options and becoming MORE accommodating, you’ve apparently decided to take those choices away. 🤦🏻‍♂️ It’s 2026. Restaurants should be offering MORE choices for different dietary needs, not LESS. Unfortunately, if IHOP no longer wants to accommodate customers who need gluten-free options, then those customers—and potentially their entire families—will simply spend their money somewhere that does. Terrible decision, IHOP. 👎🏼 You didn’t just remove menu items—you gave customers a reason to remove IHOP from their list of places to eat.

Horrible service & customer service. They charge automatically tip as if we were 6 people event though we’re 5. The server confronted me cause I asked her to why. She did horible job. Brought water with ice and lemon when I asked her clearly nothing in my water. That is the worse service I ever had.

THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD! Sorry for cyber-screaming, but the manager of the Fort Worth IHOP at I-30/Eastchase must be deaf because THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD every time I’ve been there this year. It’s a restaurant, not a bar!

very disappointing experience food safety and terrible customer service I am extremely disgusted and disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I found a roach in my food. what made the situation even worse was the response from the manager, nancy. When I brought the problem to her attention, instead of showing concern, apologizing, or taking care situation seriously, she acted rude and seemed like she wanted to laugh about it. the only response i received was that she would take care of my ticket . I strongly hope the restaurant takes this seriously and addresses the way this situation was handled by management.
