Placed a to go order 30 minutes later manager came out and said that they didn’t have any beef tips she offered to substitute for a t-none 15 minuets passed by and she said no T none. Waisted almost an hour for nothing. Very disappointed and the place was not even busy. 1 waitress on duty

Ate at IHOP in Alpharetta Georgia on a Sunday morning. The food was excellent but our server was amazing ! Her name is Danielle & she took our order without writing anything down. There were 6 of us & she got everybody’s order correct ! She was pleasant & efficient. We were in awe !

I'm there for breakfast how is the bill that high? They charge you for coffee and you fill 3 tiny cups and carafe is empty. food is ok mostly, a lot is preprepoed! I can get same breakfast for 18.70 at local diner that I pay 33 for at Ihop.

IHOP Wisconsin Dells, WI. Poor service. We had to ask for Utensils. French Toast was raw in spots. Same for Pancakes and we didn't get the right amount of them. Server forgot side dish. English spoken there isn't very good. Poor attitude.

I have eaten at the IHOP in Burke, VA, twice and both times the food was fine but the service was extremely slow. I'm not sure why it takes so long for a server to bring coffee to the table but it does. No one seems to care. I sent a letter to corporate headquarters and received an auto response: "Thank you for contacting IHOP, the home of all things breakfast and everything delicious. IHOP Guest Relations will review your feedback and be back in touch within three to five business days, though we will work hard to reach out sooner if possible. Please be aware that this is an automated reply. We suggest keeping this email so you have your case number for future reference. Thank you again for reaching out." IHOP Guest Relations. Perhaps company indifference starts at the top.

IHOP doesn't believe in free speech. I am a veteran and fought for that right. I will not use this companies products. I am asking all my veteran brothers join me.

Sunday ihop ... very crowded ... service slow. Food good though. Dont come Sunday.
