The food is wonderful. Friendly and hard working staff. My only complaint would be the long wait to get seated to order because so many people are coming in. I have even done take out, and the food still is really good.

The food came out fresh and crispy.😋

This review is following a visit to IHOP 36-103 Kissimmee. Jacki our server was really helpful and polite. She is very much a credit to your team. The only thing that stopped this being a 5 star review is even though gluten free pancakes are on the menu, we were told they have been discontinued.

Heavenly pancakes, never had anything as good as the strawberry cheesecake pancakes. If there was an IHOP in the Uk, I would never leave. Multiple restaurants offering pancakes but IHOP are the best. Can’t wait to return to America because this is the first place I will visit.

I want everyone to know I had the most hospitable hostess (Brie McCoy) that I have ever encountered at an IHOP establishment. She was polite, very professional, and ensured we were comfortable and not in need for anything. Her demeanor was just so pleasant that i had to come and write a review! It wasn't about her just doing her job, she was truly genuine! Thank you again Brie McCoy! IHOP #3765 203 N. LOOP 1604 SAN ANTONIO, TX

I was traveling and stopped in for a bite I don’t recall the exact location it was in florida on 64 I think but my server was great made up for the long wait . Her name was Holly very pleasant. On point with my drink refills. Maybe to friendly, I was at the end of a long trip and just wanted to eat and get home . But I did leave in a better mood . Great food great service

I haven’t been there in a while. Love it a lot. I am obsessed with chocolate milk and it hit there. Highly recommend. The food took a while to come. But it was worth it. There was a waitress named Remy who was super good. Just kidding he isn’t real. Anyway I liked the place.
