A great time with my family, but my dad is gluten free, so he tends to get the omelettes. However, they put pancake mix in them! Since we are on a road trip, the way there was very smelly and miserable. Maybe mark it? Not a lot of people think about pancake mix in their omelettes, even if you serve pancakes with it. Other than that, there was a intermittently screaming child next to us, which is to be expected but annoyed me a little. The food didn't take very long, though, which was nice.

For start my silver wear came with two spoons and pocket knife coved and blood, and some brown streaks. Ordered pancakes and got a hotdog.. hotdog wasn't even on the menu. It came in hamburger roll but It weirdly tasted good. I didn't know were the name IHOP came from at first then I saw the sever with one leg hopping over to our table and I quickly came to the realization IHOP

I was in a hurry upon my visit to IHOP and knew exactly what I wanted. My waiter made sure I got my food and bill in a timely manner so that I wouldn’t be sitting and waiting. My food was very good and the price was great. Definitely recommend IHOP.

food is good and price is fair as well.

We have been to so many ihops over the years with one being worse then the next. Is it just us? Well today was the worst and the last time we are going. It happens to be a brand new one that is right around the corner from our house in LEVITTOWN, NY Figure why not give a local restaurant our business. We were greeted warmly, only a few tables out of this rather larger then normal looking restaurant had people at them. We thought ok we are beating the crowds or its the night before a holiday but we were seated and we say servers milling around but not looking all that busy. Lacks of motivation I think its called, in other words all in good time which is their time . Looking at the cell phone in the pocket , avoiding looking at us etc. So finally I had to basically gesture until my arm was falling off and the girl moseyed on over introduced herself and said yeah what can I get ya....oh no what an attitude. Not a good beginning. Tip just went under the 15% mark. So we place our order she doesn't say anything and brings our soup. I was like my plate is cold but I saw steam it ends up the BOWL was hot but the plate under cold Soup barely warm, more tepid. I ate half and it tasted terrible like dish soap. The rest of the meal plain and not so hot . I got a turkey club on marble rye with bacon lettuce and tomato or I should say a piece of fat strip just one with some hard heart lettuce and a slice of greenish red tomato. Turkey was a mixture of carved and fake deli turkey but I got so impassioned telling the manager who could care less about the soup that I didn't even mention the flat degusting cold fries or gross sandwich. So the less then personable waitress drops the check and says oh I didn't get your other drink ha sorry. Oh sorry you are now down to 10% tip honey. So I look and the soups were on there they should have been removed. Well she fought with me on this saying who told you that, blah blah blah I said the manager she said no we offer another bowl or something else I said NO he said he would remove the charge. CA-CHING NO TIP what a little you know what . SOOO I watched her talk to him and he shook his head no and took the ck and obviously over rides it and she just drops as she Is on the fly going past our table to I "Accidently handed her the receipt and pen back with out a tip and accidently dropped it on the floor oops. NEVER will we go again we at are through.

IHOP Santa Barbara - great breakfast, great service, great location! Big fan of IHOPs generally. Only issue was a bit of a delay in getting our food - waited about 20 minutes.

Order was wrong when first omelette came out. Then 30 more minutes for second omelette. When asked for a manager. No manager on duty.Location 2445 N University Drive Sunrise FL
