Worst customer service. I was over charged for eggs on my door dash order. After MANY attempts to contact manager, I got no help. I stopped going to IHOP along time ago and I remember why. Poor service with poor food. Waffle house is across the street with better food for better price. Never going to IHOP again. I'd rather starve!

I ordered online for curbside pickup. They said they would bring it out when it was ready i waited 10 minutes past the time it was suppose to be done. No one came out, i went inside and it was sitting on the table with 4 staff members just standing around. Not happy about that. Got home and was taking the containers out of the bag and they were covered in syrup and i asked for crispy hashbrowns and they were still frozen in the middle. Not happy, not eating here again.

I was planning my trip to US and wanted to visit a restaurant of IHOP (The International House Of Pancakes). This is no means international as I'm unable to enter the website without US IP address.

During 2 recent trips to Russellville Arkansas we visited IHOP Store #319 for dining 3 times. I just had to take time to comment on the performance of this business. First the business is extremely clean, including the restrooms and the food is outstanding. Twice our server was Desiree and she always went above and beyond to ensure we were having pleasant dining experiences. The general manager also takes the time to visit each table to ensure the guests are being taken care of. We will always visit this IHOP anytime we are in the area.

And also at the interveiw every employee I saw working was mexican

App was confusing. Couldnt enter 1st time 20% off. Eggs were suppose to have cheese. Forgot bacon. Had to run back. Overall tasted terrible. Never ordering pick up again

YUCKY!!!! we just walked out of IHOP . First the waitress by the name of Salazar sits us right by the walk way when you first walk in . I ask her can we sit Some where else because it’s a high traffic area . She snatches the menu and sits us at another table with a big blue X which means to me and to anyone else there, that you are not suppose to sit there (because of Social distance ) . The waitress then walks off . The gentlemen behind me says “ hey you are not suppose to be sitting here”. . I told him I know . I had to go back up to where the waitress was at to tell her the person who works there that I’m suppose to sit here. She tells her other co -worker “ I thought you was going to seat them “ considering that she sat us there and stormed off without a word. She eventually moves us to another section as she snatches the menu again . The waiter comes over he was very pleasant . Took our orders my friend order coffee and I ordered water in a plastic cup . He brings her back the coffee in a glass mug . The damn glass mug had lipstick on it . We just left . We tried to give eating out a chance because of the whole corona this just proved why we shouldn’t of . All the waiters and waitress all had on gloves. However none of them changed their gloves . I watched as they went from one table to the next and touching the machine to put in Orders without changing their gloves . . . Which means that whatever they touch is on the gloves and they have passed it on from table to table and the machine . THIS IS CALLED CROSS CONTAMINATION!!!!! I’m highly disappointed by the service I just received . They manager might want to consider having the employees take classes on cross contamination and on how to improve their customer service . I refuse to pay to be treated wrong and to pay to get sick .
