The service is good and food is average. Rt. 3 in Clifton, NJ. The eggs are perfectly cooked the way we want them. I’m just disappointed when I looked at the price of coffee. It may be unlimited but not worth the $3.89 per cup or person. You can buy Starbucks large coffee for $2.29 almost the same amount you drink at iHop. So in general, just bring your own coffee with you. BTW, they need to replace their seat cushion and was told by Dwayne that it’s in the works. Service is good.

i usually enjoy the ihop food. service was good but I was shocked to see that you (ihop) have the audacity to charge $3.69 for a cup of hot water with a tea bag. Greed is king!!

IHop-I ordered pancakes, tasty, BUT, no butter, syrup included, looked that pancakes were thrown in the container 🤨 Will not order ever again, and will spread my experience.

I visited the UCF location # 36-211 this am and my server, the ONLY person I saw on the floor was Ethiana. SHE is the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of just 1. And to be fair, I don't know if the restaurant was short-handed, if the manager on duty was filling in the back doing prep or helping cook, but she was the only one I saw running around, greeting and seating guest, taking orders, getting food out and trying to do the bests she could while not showing any frustration and always keeping a great attitude and smiling. Having been a manager in both fast food and full service restaurants in the 90s, I know what it is like to be short-handed and not have people show up for worth. I would have been rolling back my sleeves, filling in to prep, cook, serve, refill drinks, seat guests, buss tables or do whatever was necessary to expedite and make the guest experience the best possible. I watched as Ethiana greeted guest at both entrances and ran around doing everything on the guest floor. At this pace she easily does 30K steps a day. I sure hope she is going to school because she will make a great leader, trainer, operations manager, or executive leading my example. Hats off to the young lady from a person who "gets it" which is why I tipped way above the 20%. You did an outstanding job and remained calm, cool, and collected while under fire and when I asked if she was the only server on duty, she didn't b*t*h, complain, make excuses or place blame on her team or management. She simply said the other server will be here in a moment. I am leaving this on Trust Pilot because I don't trust Google or Yelp reviews. But I sure hope management of this corporation (not just location) see it and take good care of you. You would make an excellent leader in hospitality, healthcare or ANY other field that interests you.

1st order from Monroe IHOP. Food was good. Took over an hour for delivery. No napkins, utensils, butter, syrup, salt and pepper, catsup or any condiments or supplies of any sort. Not impressed with service.

Today at balajat IHOP branch - So, it was like me craving for crunchy Belgian waffles and yes craving succeed. However, my daughter ordered split combo whereas the pancake ain't cook in the middle😞..oh that's bad! The kitchen should be very careful on how to serve the food especially on breakfast. It might spoil the taste buds for the whole day of the person who eat raw food and or uncooked flour on their pancake. But there's a thing, the server named PRAMITA really knows her job; from how she was trying to pleased us and turns the disappointment to gratitude. Hoping the company value this kind of employees. I would order more often but your log in page takes me to Siri (Apple phone) browser. When I try to go to chrome it says oops something went wrong. I do not use this browser and can not login to order food. Disappointed 😢

Table was wet. We had to use our napkins to wipe it dry. Waitress was hurrying even though not many less than 10 in the restaurant. We needed more napkins so 5 minutes later she flipped them on the table and rushed on. Probably the last time dining here.
