Booth was still dirty. I had to wipe it off. She didnt take my order correctly. Got my meal and eggs were overdone toast burnt hash browns burnt on outside but cold on inside. She never came back to check on me so I just ate it. Paid and left. Horrible experience

Service was good food was bad

Cooks do not know what soft scrambled means. Hard as a brick

DO NOT VISIT It was such a bad visit first things first my little brother got cinnamon bites and one fell on the ground and he was not even offered another one and the server did not pick it up, Secondly the crapes I got were terrible had no flavor and the food took over 45 mins to come to the table yes not the biggest complaints but it goes a long way

Actually the service was fine, but the food was terrible, went to the Langley one beside Hilti and would never go back.

Beware. All those who go to I hop make sure your shoes are clean or you will be lectured by the waitress or waiter.

This experience was one of the most irritating experiences of my life. It was Christmas day and I brought my family to I hop to have a nice christmas dinner. We all ordered our food and i ordered a breakfast sampler with no hash browns subbing it with an extra thing of eggs with cheese turkey sasuage with 2 ham 2 bacon andoverheard the staff saying I was table 31. My fork was dirty out the wrap and I ask for plastic utensils. Then waited almost 1 hour before my food came and when my food came it had a hash brown on it and no pancakes was with it but my waiter promised it was coming. So I ate my eggs and waited for the rest to come, after 30 minutes we decided it was too long an hr and 30 minutes and all I've eaten was eggs. So we call our waiter over to be told he was not sure why I haven't gotten my eggs and pancakes and my 2 nieces haven't gotten her fruit or a refill on her water in an hr and a half my friend hasn't gotten his pancake, eggs, and 2 extra sausage links and turkey links and I'm still waiting on my eggs and pancakes so overall a total disaster. We spoke with the manager who spoke with her team in the back to remedy the situation and said the best she can do is 10% off. After waiting what felt the the entirety of an NFL game that wasn't acceptable. I told her she can ring me up for the eggs and I didn't touch non of the other food because I was upset that not everyone had all there food including me. I hope everyone else Christmas dinner was delightful because the prince invaded mine. 2 starts for the eggs 0 for the service

I ordered the chicken spinach crêpe for delivery through GrubHub; but where was the chicken? The crêpes were so flat, the majority of what I had was spinach and cheese. Years ago this was my favorite meal and I decided to try it again after ordering it in Maui in August, and they served it the way it was originally served with “chicken”, spinach with hollandaise sauce. Unfortunately, again here in Utah I was disappointed when my order arrived and it was so flat there was virtually no chicken to find…waste of money. I had to add my own chicken. I’m giving it two stars because the overall flavor was the same as the original. Another restaurant that will probably soon bite the dust, because of their poor quality and service.
